Payroll Management (Multi-Site – Indonesia) Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full statutory compliance. Standardize payroll frameworks, SOPs, workflows, and control mechanisms to ensure consistency across all locations. Coach and support site HR focal points through ongoing guidance, training, and escalation management. Conduct payroll validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis, and maintain complete audit-ready documentation. Partner with Finance on nationwide payroll budgeting, including salary projections, staff cost ratios, overtime trends, and headcount movements; ensure timely reconciliations and statutory payments. Manage payroll vendor relationships and monitor service-level adherence. Utilize analytics to track payroll trends, cost drivers, and compliance risks across sites. Compensation & Benefits Management (C&B) Manage benefits renewals, insurance negotiations, and all related C&B administration, including BPJS processes and employee communication. Lead compensation benchmarking locally and support collective bargaining preparations by gathering market data, analyzing workforce cost impact, recommending enhancements, and drafting HR proposals to ensure competitiveness and cost effectiveness. Support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) through robust data preparation and insights. Maintain and communicate current C&B policies to ensure consistent understanding across all Indonesian locations. Administer local bonus programs, including the Plant Local Bonus Plan and Quarterly Sales Incentive Plan. Employee Relations (ER) Foster strong working relationships with employees, managers, and site HR teams. Support investigations into misconduct, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and timely resolution. Maintain comprehensive ER documentation, including case logs, decisions, and corrective actions. Participate in discussions with unions or employee representatives, particularly relating to compensation and benefits matters. HR Operations, Governance & Compliance Develop, update, coordinate, and publish the HR Handbook, HR policies, SOPs, work instructions, and programs to support business objectives. Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and engagement initiatives across all sites. Maintain HRIS data integrity, HR records, and site-level documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Stay current on labor legislation, industry regulations, standards, and audit requirements to ensure organizational compliance. Manage the HR dashboard and administrative reporting (including payroll preparation) to support monthly KPI monitoring. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment agreements, in compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit labor force reports to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. Drive HR transformation and operational excellence initiatives, including digitalization, process improvements, and workflow re-engineering. HR Operations support for Rancaekek (to be based at least once a week) Cluster or National Level HR Project Lead specific ASEAN cluster-level or national HR projects initiatives Drive project planning execution, tracking, and cross-functional coordination with HRBPs, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders Support national HR strategic initiatives as HRIS enhancements, payroll centralization, employee experience programs, compliance upgrades, or organizational change efforts Provide ad-hoc HR support for cross-functional or leadership-requested projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong hands-on exposure to payroll operations, HRIS systems, and Compensation & Benefits management. Multi-site experience is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal. Experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment is preferred, with the ability to navigate complex operational structures. Proven experience in union management and employee relations, including grievance handling, negotiations, and labor communications. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday), Time Management Systems (TMS), and other HR systems; advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS administration, payroll tax, and other statutory compliance requirements. Experience managing audits and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. Solid understanding of GMP, K3L, Halal Assurance System, Food Safety Management, and relevant labor regulations, including UU No. 13/2003 and the Job Creation Law. Experience in budgeting, cost forecasting, workforce analytics, or other financially driven HR processes is an advantage. Comprehensive understanding of the end‑to‑end HR lifecycle, including Employee Relations, Onboarding, Learning & Development, and Payroll Management.
