Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding Maintaining employee records and files in an organised and confidential manner Providing guidance and training to employees on HR compliance-related matters Ensure alignment between documentation and on-site implementation in accordance with applicable audit requirements Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of certification audits and buyer audits Follow up on audit findings until closure within the established timeline Ensure company practices comply with applicable regulations within the defined scope
