Lead the overall sales strategy across all Sant Group brands (Crusita, Aoera, YORS Studio, Kyfee). Build and manage B2B sales channels — both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT). Develop, appoint, and manage the distributor network, including terms, targets & performance. Drive revenue growth, set sales KPIs, and expand distribution coverage & market penetration. Manage pricing, trade promotions, margins, and sell-in/sell-out performance. Drive in-store branding & visibility — execute trade marketing, merchandising & promotions to strengthen brand presence at retail/GT outlets. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide sales forecasting and reporting to the Board of Directors.
Bachelor's degree (Management/Business/Marketing or related field preferred). Strong sales experience in FMCG/retail, especially Modern Trade & General Trade channels. Solid understanding of marketing & branding — able to plan and execute trade marketing and in-store branding initiatives. Proven track record in distributor management and hitting sales targets. Experience handling multiple brands is a strong plus. Min. 8–10 years' experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Existing network with key modern-trade accounts is an advantage.
