Drive B2B sales growth through active field canvassing, door-to-door (B2B) mapping, and direct prospecting. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (contractors, developers, architects, and business owners). Conduct direct field visits to project sites and corporate clients to pitch products and deliver demonstrations. Manage the complete sales cycle from cold sourcing and pipeline management to negotiation and closing. Meet monthly and annual sales targets while providing regular pipeline reports to management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality after-sales support.
Highly presentable, articulate, and persuasive with strong interpersonal skills. Proven experience in B2B sales, field canvassing, or door-to-door (B2B) business development. Experience in building materials, construction, or design is preferred but not mandatory. Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable managing mobile/field-based sales activities. Must own personal transportation (car preferred) for regular travel. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major. Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficient in MS Office. Ready for a 1-year contract engagement.
