Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee integration experience. Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and related documentation. Support the implementation of training programs and employee development initiatives. Maintain and update employee data through the HRIS system (Talenta). Manage employee administration, including employment contracts, probation reviews, confirmation processes, and employee status updates. Ensure all personnel records and HR documentation are accurate and up to date. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Assist with various HR projects and day-to-day HR operations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role. Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes. Familiarity with employee administration and HR documentation. Experience using HRIS Talenta is highly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
