
Provide technical support (onsite and remote) to users regarding hardware, software, and networks. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT devices (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.). Troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS) and supporting applications. Setting up and maintaining basic networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi). Supporting users in using email, internal applications, and company tools. Recording, monitoring, and following up on IT trouble tickets. Performing routine checks and maintenance of IT devices. Coordinating with internal teams and vendors regarding technical issues. Creating activity reports and IT support documentation. Willing to be assigned and travel throughout Indonesia as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics Information Systems, or Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Support Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and operational systems Proficiency with Windows/Linux/macOS operating systems Experience troubleshooting hardware and software Understanding of basic TCP/IP networking, LAN, WAN, WiFi, and basic router and switch settings Remote support experience (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP Basic understanding of IT security (antivirus, user access, backup) Communicative and service-oriented skills Able to work independently and in a team Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
