Menjamin tersedianya rencana pengembangan sistem aplikasi IT yang sesuai dengan kebutuha user (departemen) dan IT Plan. Menjamin tersedianya sistem yang efektif dan sesuai dengan fungsi dan proses bisnis. Menyusun perencanaan untuk menjamin berlangsunganya seluruh aktivasi yang diperlukan guna tersedianya aplikasi bisnis yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Memastikan tersedianya dokumentasi paket aplikasi secara lengkap, mutakhir dan aman. Menyusun rencana kerja dan memastikan tersedianya pedoman kerja jangka pendek dan jangka panjang bagi unit kerja yang dipimpinnya.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Measure service satisfaction levels Manage and uphold the troubleshooting escalation process Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Respond to issues and service requests in a timely manner Report issues and coordinate with the IT Supervisor, IT Lead, and IT Infrastructure team Provide technical support required by the company (in person or via phone) Repair and replace necessary equipment Troubleshoot technical issues Test new technology/conduct tests on potential new tools to support employees Assist with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting Provide guidance as needed to the IT Support Team Maintain application deployment and versioning

Main interface between BSW-developers and other parties: Suppliers (e.g. platform, Vector, Infineon…), HW department, OEM, SW requirement engineers, SW architect, project leaders (SW, HW, System), Integrator, SW-Test) Technical discussions of solutions together with the developers and/or other parties Participate/lead customer meetings on PL-Level for general and planning topics and in functional teams to discuss technical topics and possible solutions Support and/or processing of customer requests (change requests, bugs, problems with the SW at OEM/in vehicle) Management reporting in case of errors/bugfixing and delivery-issues Ticket handling and planning (assign WI to i-steps and developers in PTC) Prioritization of tasks and work packages for the BSW-developers Define team composition and required resources

Develop Python code to support an efficient web backend architecture. Design a scalable backend structure to support web backend. Implement secure and efficient code following security standards. Develop fast and responsive modules to enhance user experience.

Build web on top of Tomcat. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent. Maintain current system and upgrade if necessary

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions Exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes
