Partner Recruitment & Development: Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential partners across MEA, with an initial focus on those that can source or influence opportunities at customers.Go-to-Market Leadership: Build joint value propositions, sales plays, and go-to-market plans that position various products for success in Tier 1/2 banks, Islamic banks, digital banks, and NBFIs.Pipeline Generation & Deal Influence: Work closely with partners to source, qualify, and jointly pursue opportunities; drive partner-led and partner-influenced deal cycles to closure.Partner Enablement: In collaboration with internal solution and technology specialists, equip partners with product knowledge, sales training, pitch materials, and competitive positioning to increase win rates.Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner strategy and execution.

Manage and monitor retail and brand sales matrices, including trend analysis and performance evaluation across stores, customers, and product categories in alignment with overall brand strategies Lead all sales planning activities by working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain) to ensure clear alignment and seamless execution Develop comprehensive, actionable reports and dashboards that highlight key business trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement Conduct regular in-depth sales reviews from multiple perspectives, distill key insights, and present findings to support management decision-making Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis to identify opportunities and recommend strategic action plans Leverage business analytics tools to provide valuable sales insights, monitor KPIs, and drive performance across the business
Database Operations & Maintenance • Administer and maintain SQL Server (Windows) and Aurora (MySQL/Postgres) in AWS • Run routine maintenance, monitoring, and health checks • Manage backups/restores, snapshots, and recovery • Ensure availability, integrity, reliability, and security • Track storage growth, capacity, and performance trends • Support engine upgrades and patching via approved change processes Monitoring & Incident Response • Proactively monitor database health and performance • Respond to alerts and production incidents • Troubleshoot slow queries, locking/blocking, and resource contention • Participate in escalation/on-call rotations as required Performance Tuning & Optimization • Tune queries and database performance for SQL Server and Aurora MySQL • Analyze execution plans and indexing strategies • Partner with application teams to improve data access patterns • Identify and remediate recurring performance issues Schema Changes & Deployment Automation • Support schema updates, data migrations, and version-controlled database changes • Assist database deployments via CI/CD pipelines • Support rollback and recovery procedures • Collaborate with DevOps to improve automation and deployment reliability Windows Server & Infrastructure Support • Support SQL Server running on Windows Server, including OS-level troubleshooting • Coordinate with infrastructure teams on availability, resilience, and capacity planning • Ensure compliance with Sightview security and audit standards AWS EC2 & Storage Operations (EBS/Snapshots) • Support AWS EC2 workloads hosting or supporting database services • Manage EBS volumes (provision/resize, encryption, performance) • Manage EBS snapshots for backup/recovery and pre-change protection • Monitor and troubleshoot instance/storage health via CloudWatch and AWS console tools Documentation & Standards • Maintain operational documentation and runbooks • Follow Sightview database best practices and standards • Support audits and compliance initiatives as required
