(Your day to day) *SALES AND DISTRIBUTION* 1. Develop and lead the annual sales plan, request and allocate resources for implementation and provides input to long term sales and distribution strategy. 2. Provides direction to the field force that covers their overall business plans and strategies. 3. Set and communicate overall sales targets in terms of market share, volume, inventory, coverage and frequency. 4. Ensure flawless execution in order to achieve or surpass the targets. 5.
