Establish and build strong relationship within eco system on assigned market Create market awareness through technical seminar of our products and provide solution to expand and accelerate business growth Coordination with Technical Department in case technical support is needed Ensure that the system is actively used in day-to-day activities (e.g., update visits report and opportunity pipeline) Implement the Sales Effectiveness Program (SEP) on sales daily activity to achieve the target Coordinate with the Credit control department to manage outstanding AR on their respective customers Develop and maintain assigned customer base and territory (Customer life Cycle), which aim for a significant increment of active customers Find opportunity with the customer by creating new inquiry in order to make proposal or quotation to fulfill company budget Expand contacts through visit calls, meetings, and other sales activities and ensure the correct information is encoded properly into the system. Report customer’s complaints and problems encountered on a regular basis Conduct regular visits to customers and dealers in order to maintain good rapport as well as solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services, support and other market information Prepare working quotation as requested by customer, negotiate, and close sales
