Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results Determine and manage the marketing budget
REQUIREMENT

S1 Degree from Any Discipline from Reputable University. Able to operate computer (Ms. Office) 7-8 Years Experience in Sales - Retail/Sanitary or equivalent. Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory) Possess very strong skills in Data Analysis. Very strong in General Trade area Making Trade Plans to increase sales volume Proved successful record in Good and strong education background, People Management skills: Training programs and Team building Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments Willing to work in the tough environment ( result oriented) Willing to Placed all over Indonesia
