DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and manage all talent acquisition activities in Taiwan that includes developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, diversity sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment, and offering process.
Responsible for managing recruitment initiatives, partnering with the business and ensuring consistent appropriate recruitment support. All recruitment efforts are in support of Global Recruitment metrics: Improve candidate pool quality, reduce time to fill and improve customer experience.
In partnership with HR Managers and business leaders in recruitment processes, provide strong consultative & influencing skills where appropriate.
Anticipate talent needs based on historical data and close business partnerships, develop strong external pipelines of talent for key roles, skills and capabilities as driven by the business strategy, engaging line leaders and GSK employees as talent spotters and developing deep marketplace knowledge.
Develops and shares talent intelligence and market insights to support strategy and planning in the business
Engage, partner and manage relationships with external vendors
Select the most appropriate recruitment & selection methods balancing relevant factors such as quality, cost and speed of hire, while ensuring full compliance with GSK policies.
Use recruitment expertise to enhance GSK employment brand via various recruitment channels
Partner with HR Ops and L&OD primes on new employee on-boarding processes and orientation.
Undertakes other HR projects assigned by Country HR Head
REQUIREMENT
At least 5 years talent acquisition experience
Fluent English communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications:
Have both corporate recruiting and executive search firm experience in related Pharma/OTC/FMCG industry.
