DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Use scheduling software effectively to fulfill client’s care plans Communicate effectively with care providers/ home support to ensure schedules are carried out Communicate with clients and families when schedule challenges arise, and problem-solve effectively Maintain good working relationships with clients, family members, and caregivers/ home support workers, focusing on retention (retaining both clients and caregivers).
REQUIREMENT

Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette Be a detail-oriented, adaptable and customer-focused team player Communication Skills – the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external associates, written and oral techniques Adaptability – embraces change and demonstrates a willingness to learn 1 to 3 years experience in a customer service/support role required Exceptional MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong computer skills with an aptitude/ability to learn new software/databases
