The role holder operates as a member of the Regional Talent Acquisition Management team and will work with the delivery leads in the Region to support hiring across all hiring types.
The Talent Attraction Lead will lead a team of Attraction specialists across the Region to take the global employer brand and attraction principles from the Sourcing & Attraction CoE, raising any local nuances and embedding as required.
