DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist and support clients in defining world best CRM and HRIS after go live implementation project objectives and scope;
Assist and support clients to handle troubleshoot for bugs and change request;
Lead business process mapping sessions, including company setup, customer service and support management business processes;
Configure business requirements, recommending best practices;
Build reports, saved searches, and dashboards that provide comprehensive and actionable business intelligence;
Ensure that a plan is in place for each engagement - deployment, change management, and adoption project task;
Establish and oversee the customer's initial adoption, training and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during initial rollout;
Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and clients.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or bachelor degree in IT field like computer science, information technology, information system, or etc.;
2 - 4 years experience;
Strong desire to learn;
Person who have strong endurance;
Have good communication in english is a plus;
IT Programming Skill : .NET / PHP / JAVA / JAVASCRIPT / HTML / PYTHON or others.
