DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling problem from user or customer, as first level support, for projects or applications Along with PM, BA and Head of IT Development, doing administration Create test case for applications while the developer doing the codes Doing test and necessary quality control / assurance for the application Having discussion with the teams, especially with BA, for application flow, ui/ux and designs, during design and concept phases Doing misc tasks for the team, projects and application Creating help and user documentation for projects and applications
REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3, preferably in S1 IT or Computer related degree Have minimum 1 year experience as an Application Tester or Application Quality Assurance Have experience in Call Center application or industry or CRM Application or CRM Industry Have experience in Customer support or Application Support is a plus Have experience in Salesforce is a big plus Have experience in programming or other IT role is a plus Can handle multitasking Can handle administration, dull or repetitive task Can create test case, test scenario and test report Customer Oriented, willing to do the extra miles but still on the team's boundary
