DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of building relationships with teams and individuals outside of the Security and IT domains. Determines, evaluates, and communicates risks or threats to SYKES business objectives. Conducts security monitoring, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, forensic analysis, incident response and investigations. Supports and maintains the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information. Works as a member of a global team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently or without supervision. Maintains project/task management prioritization when executing the requests of SYKES leadership and customers. Be aware of and provide recommendations, assessments and communication of business appropriate security and regulatory body requirements and best practice. Engages vendors and third parties providing security services. Maintains certifications and knowledge appropriate to the role
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Informaiton Security. 4 to 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. CHFI and CEH preferred Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Advanced knowledge of FireEye HX management Advanced knowledge of FireEye EDR management General knowledge and understanding of a Customer Support Center. Solid understanding of Windows client operating systems Solid understanding of Linux operating systems Strong written and verbal skills Proficient use of Microsoft Office
