Customer orders fulfill on time.
Verifies customer purchase order price and barcodes are correct and up-to-date, if any issue, highlight to sales team.
Co-ordination with sales on delivery window, stock availability on promo if any, sales deal etc.
Highlight credit limit and blocked customer to sales and Finance
Ensure all orders are process and created deliver everyday.
Outbound delivery created base on customer requested date and priority.
Order handover to outbound team for planning on time.
Update CD on their order status upon request.
Co-ordination with Master data and IT whenever required
Adhere to the Safety & Quality standards within the company
Supervises timely execution of processing order and stock allocation, if case of issue highlight to logistics supervisor.
Reinforce proactive measures affecting customer service.
REQUIREMENT
Key Skills:
Good communication skills with experience in customer service.
Excellent English communication skills
Strong people skills, leadership skills
Relevant Experience:
Must have SAP/Oracle knowledge
Must be strong in Excel
Must be flexible with working shift work and 6-day weeks
