DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare weekly reports (i.e. project staffing sheet, BDV distribution, KPIs, etc) Prepare monthly timesheets & staff utilization reports Create and distribute formal staffing communications Compile and present relevant CVs for project proposals upon request Maintain consultant skills database (including CVs updated & uploaded onto the intranet) Update and maintain project codes across all business lines Coordinate the project wrap-up and kick off process, ensuring close coordination with other HR team members and the Intelligence Unit As part of the project wrap and company evaluation cycle, ensure project evaluations & 360s are triggered for each project/consultant In conjunction with the Immigration team, support consultants in obtaining necessary visas for their projects, alerting the wider staffing team of any delays, problems and proactively flagging potential issues Perform other related duties as required to support the HR function within Delta Partners
REQUIREMENT

Excellent level knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel (it is a must), PowerPoint Previous experience in a similar role as an HR Administrator/Assistant Previous experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication in English Ability to work proactively whilst also taking advice and direction from direct supervisor Ability to interact with other members of the business as well as external parties Must be able to multi-task effectively whilst maintaining high-quality service Ability to cope with deadlines and work under pressure
