Diploma 3 from any major Min 1 year experience in Customer Service/Customer Success/Customer Experience Online Channel Experience handling customer via Live Chat/WhatsApp/Email/Social Media Good problem solving & analytics skill Track record of over-achieving quota. Familiarity with CRM systems (Zendesk) and practices. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/response to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.
