DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assessment for customer current pain point, business objective and IT requirement; Respond to customer demand by providing technical advice; recommendation, solution, technical presentations & demonstrations for customers; Assists the sales team in opportunity qualification for any IT solution; Prepare and provide input for technical sections of RFPs/RFQs; Managing relationship with customers, partners and principals.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering; Minimum 0-3 years of IT experience in IT Solution / Presales Engineer; Knowledge of various IT products is an advantage; Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skill to be able to communicate easily and effectively at all level of in the organization; Effective writing skills; ability to support the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals; Common enterprise hardware and software knowledge are required
