DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide sales assistance by promoting financial products with established business objectives
Use customer call information to discover root causes and problematic account types; and use experience and basic judgment to make decisions consistent with prescribed options and standard agreements
Handle written enquiries and telephone enquiries of client accounts
Perform account maintenance, create memorandums and update account holder information
Provide clients with a description of programs, benefits, and company policies
Handle daily business forms, correspondence and reports
When making business decisions, be able to appropriately assess risks, demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the company's goodwill, and protect Citigroup, its clients and assets: Initiatives and business practices are appropriate ethical judgment and reporting, managing and communicating transparency-related control issues
REQUIREMENT
1 year of relevant work experience
Sales support experience preferred
Possess working knowledge of relevant industry practices and standards
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communication skills
