DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Respond and provide resolution to service request or incident within agreed SLA for jobs related to Helpdesk such as installs, modifies, and repairs computer/notebook hardware and software; and installs peripherals for users Responsible for maintaining a fluid and well organized inventory and storage system for all IT hardware Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals, whilst maintaining responsibilities and commitment
REQUIREMENT

1-2 years working experience as Helpdesk Excellent communication and interpersonal skill (ability to communicate in English is an advantage) Openness to learn new technologies Have strong working knowledge and good technical analysis in troubleshooting and diagnosing system errors and other issues problems related to computer systems, hardware, software and network Degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology or related fields
