DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with resource requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements.
Deliver, and/or support the Recruitment Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each entity.
Reach out and connect with potential pipelines through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
Be able to respond to changes and work with ambiguity. Work with minimal supervision and drive changes.
Understand, empathize issues and competing interests with a key focus on our high touch and engagement philosophy.
REQUIREMENT
Have at least 2 years of professional experience as Recruitment Supervisor
Be able to conduct Competency Based Interviews (CBI)
Create and evaluate result of interview
Manage the selection and interview process for staff up to manager level
Have a personal brand as a recruiter
Have experience with Employer Branding
Understand assessment test and interpreted
