DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle relation with union (min 5 years experience) Developing and implementing HR strategies and system. Assist with all internal and external HR related matters. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Recommend strategies to motivate employees. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Report on general HR activity. Always up-to-date to HR practice and regulation.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 30 years Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field. More than 5 years work experience as HR Generalist in Manufacture Industry, or at least 3 years in Managerial level. Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations. People management skills. HR functions and practice knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can work under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Organizational and conflict management skills. Strong decision-making and problem solving skills. Good BEI skill.
