Business Partnering
Partner with the business to provide HR advice across the whole employment lifecycle. This includes Talent Acquisition, Performance and Talent Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development and
Offboarding.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
Work closely with key business stakeholders, including respective Head of Departments and their Line Managers to identify and resolve HR-related issues, bringing insights and value-adding solutions to
increase their capabilities within the respective functions.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
Work with Head of HR and group HR team to participate in group-wide and organization-wide HR programs and initiatives, e.g., talent strategy, compensation & benefit review, workforce planning, training & development, retention and engagement strategies, organizational change, succession plan etc.
Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition
Work with business leaders and Head of HR on manpower planning and headcount budgeting matters
Track manpower against business needs to provide solutions for staffing
Work with Talent Acquisition Team on hiring matters, which includes screening and interviewing, onboarding and probationary matters.
Talent Management
Work with Head of HR to drive performance management and talent discussions
Be the main focal point for Annual Big Show (ABS), which includes running ABS communication sessions for employees and managers and managing functional calibrations with Head of Departments.
Identify, plan and execute developmental programs for Hi-Potential, with support from regional L&D and Group.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Ensure employee problems are solved in compliance with law & company policy
Increase employee engagement through eNPS
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Plan & lead execution of annual teambuilding activities (e.g Townhalls, Campaigns, Local festival celebrations)
Culture Builder
Implement programs to improve employee experience and build a great place to work.
Support Head of HR in leading culture initiatives to integrate the culture with employees' day-to-day behaviour.
Manage change management programs to foster development in the organization.
REQUIREMENT
5-8 years of HR business partnering experience in HR department of multinational companies.
Strong ability in understanding business operations in an HR perspective, especially in labor code & C&B sections.
Proven analytical thinking, project management skills & ability to adapt locally the global HR processes.
Self-starter, motivated, detailed/results oriented & innovative.
Strong organizational skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Willing to travel within the country.
Great communicator, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with people from all culture background and be a trusted advisor to the business.
Open-minded, Passionate, Caring, Curious with demonstrated leadership skills and human touch.
