Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
Managing HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
Issuing new employees with enrolment documents.
Conducting employee orientations.
Explaining employee benefits.
Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
Maintaining employee confidentiality.
Assisting with the distribution of training material.
Develop procedures for maintaining a filing system for all incoming and outgoing HR documents.
Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements
Maintain manager and employee confidence by keeping Human Resources information confidential
Analyze Job Description, and develop SOPs for Organizational Development
Maintain the whole process of Performance Management (OKR method)
Assists other employees to create a comprehensive and clear work plan
Assist psychological testing, analyze and produce a simple psychological report
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Minimum 3 years working experience in Recruitment (Executive Hiring/Senior Recruiter preferred), or Human Resources in the related field.
Tech Savvy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Advanced knowledge of employment law.
Empathy and an approachable demeanor.
Attentiveness and honesty.
Independent and a team player is a must
