DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Provide initial problem, determination to the standard application, and assist end-users to determine whether a problem is on hardware, software, database, or network connection(include microtic router and server) - Liaise with users, resolve technical problem or full request from end-user - Forward unresolved problem or request to the proper channel of support by contacting the designated party or parties
REQUIREMENT

- Max. 35 years old - Education min. D3 of Information Technology Majors - Communicative , time management and problem solving in the field - Troubleshooting skills: Windows OS, Ms. Office 365, Hardware and software - Basic skill in Office 365 ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) - Basic Networking Skill, Mikrotik Server Skill - Having experience in using any IT help desk ticketing system application - Having basic knowledge in Wordpress, any programming language, Database, and Microsoft Power Platform ( Power Apps, Power Automate) will be advantageous - Preferably domicited in Tangerang ( BSD ) - Willing to travel outside the city ( oftenly travel to Semarang and Surabaya branch )
