DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

User Requirement gathering, documentation and management. Manage, coordinate, prioritize and work with business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are aligned to the goal and objectives and within scope. Conduct User Requirement briefing to IT, participate and coordinate on User Requirement clarification during software development stage. Plan, coordinate and/or conduct of User Acceptance Test (UAT). UAT progress tracking and reporting. Manage and coordinate with all relevant parties to resolve User Requirement gap. Implementation support. REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of any discipline with Computer Science/ Information Technology preferred. At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst. User Requirement gathering and Requirement Document Lifecycle management skills. Experience in mobile application development and integration is preferred. Knowledge on Bancassurance product and sales process is an added advantage. Good verbal and written communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem solving.
