DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist the CEO in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Help manage the CEO's public image and handle public relations tasks.
Manage CEO’s calendar/schedule including organizing of all appointments, internal and external meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations based on data analysis or PR initiatives.
Assist the CEO in managing crises or reputation issues
Plan and coordinate special events, such as industry conferences, shareholder meetings, or corporate retreats.
Develop proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
Ensure that CEO is well briefed and prepared for any engagements.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization.
Prompt CEO on impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
Attend to ad hoc requests from CEO.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degrees in Secretarial, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting senior executives.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Self-starter, self-motivated and takes responsibility/ownership of tasks.
Required language(s): "Mandarin", English.
