DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To perform full spectrum of recruitment process, from sourcing resume, pre-screening candidate, interviewing, reference checks, salary proposals until extending the offer to successful hire
Communicate with hiring manager to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals, define job description and document specifications
Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met to ensure sufficient manpower for optimal business operation
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future vacancies
Liaise with new hires on the required onboarding documents
Conduct onboarding for new hires to assimilate them into the company culture.
Participate in HR events (e.g. job fairs, career talks, etc)
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Present detailed candidate profile summaries
Create employee profile when onboarding
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENT
Minimum possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or its equivalent
2 years of working experience
Good communication skill
Responsible, pleasant, and independent
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Able to work with minimum supervision, multitasking and meticulous
