Managed the IT team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs.
Responsible for all IT equipment, infrastructure, and software in the local company and compliance with Group IT standards to ensure that IT systems are reliable, up and running at optimal performance for business continuity.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with Group IT Information Security policy to safeguard Jotun from cyber threats and business disruptions
Responsible for all incidents, events, and service requests that are assigned to be resolved and attended to within the service levels dictated at the End to End Framework by regular KPI reporting and monitoring
Ensure that cost implications or local risks are flagged appropriately when running a global or local campaign or project by working closely with the Regional IT Manager to ensure that the best fit is found to complement the requirements in a local environment.
Run improvement initiatives locally, moving users to be more digital than manual in the way of work by conducting training and engaging the business, and aligning to local or regional strategies to ensure that they are carried out in the most efficient and digital manner.
Be a clear link between the Local company and Group IT through regular communication communicating all local issues and following up until they are resolved by working closely with the Regional IT Manager to ensure all local concerns and issues are addressed promptly.
Ensure that the Group IT Gate processes and Software Asset Management (SAM) framework are adhered to when exploring new solutions locally to ensure we are not reinventing the wheel or adopting duplicate solutions.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Technology/ Computer
At least five years of work experience with a proven leadership track record in the related field.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English, both oral and written.
Preferred
Strong background in IT Consultancy and Software Development Lifecycle
Experienced in Project Management and Methodology
Good exposure of System Analysis and Programming
Has a driven personality, able to convince and persuade others
Excellent presentation and communication skills are required.
