DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Install different components of the Vulcan AI system covering but not limited to, Cameras, Servers, Wifi router. Follow steps in the Installation Manual to complete the installation and testing Provide user training by using the Training Manuals provided Once the system is deployed, provide routine support to the client for simple issues For complex issues, coordinate with Product team to find the correct resolution If needed, make field visits to replace parts and/or upgrade components Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects Interpret customers' needs and clarify if the responsibility for problem solution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps or engineers May include aspects of field support like system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT or a related field. 2-5 years experience in IT support Fluent Bahasa speaking (mandatory) Basic English knowledge Experience in installing CCTV systems will be a plus Basic problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in installing and supporting hardware and software applications. The candidate will need to travel to different parts of Indonesia to carry out Vulcan’s AI system deployment
