DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Listen in on incoming and outgoing calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation Ensure the quality call monitoring process is in accordance with the SLA set by the company Provide training and feedback to telemarketing agent team leads on areas for improvement Prepare quality reports for managers and agents
REQUIREMENT

Minimum diploma degree in any major, has Bachelor degree is preferable Has min 3 years of experience in telesales QA and training-related field Demonstrated ability to create scripts and other written communications Has knowledge of Training Need Analysis Focus on quality and customer service. Solid listening & analytical skills as well as technical comprehension Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment. Fluent in English is a MUST
