DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
In charge of handling payroll and human resource operations for the designated business unit
Verify employee absences and allowances through audits
Respond to questions from staff about payments, absences, attendance, and HR-related issues
Serve as liaisons between the Technology department and Human Capital (Systems) to address problems or concerns about Success Factors (SF) and time clocking systems
Verify that shift timings are appropriately interfaced to SF by performing checks in SF-Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Fix any interface issues that arise between internal staff deployment system and SF-ECP, and then run a 44-hr check
Keep an eye out for mistakes identified by the SF/EC and time clocking systems, and make sure the necessary fixes are made
Arrangement of gifts/wreaths for eligible employees
Support staff re-employment process
Other ad hoc assignment/responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Possess a Diploma, preferably in Human Resource Management or related
With at least 2 years of HR Operations experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, including PowerAutomate
