DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responding to all incoming enquiries
Logging received IT service request tickets from various avenues to spreadsheet.
Work closely with the managers on Engineer’s schedule to attend to users/projects.
Ensure that all service request forms are signed by users after service is provided and send a copy to the users.
To close of all resolved tickets in the various ticketing system / spreadsheet
To check on all the hostnames in system and update on creation and to update engineers on the enablement.
To check Macbook hostnames in system and update on deletion.
Coordinate and arrange for Decom collection.
Update and send out the Engineers schedule at the end of the day.
Generate and provide various reports as required.
Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.
