DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Strategic oversight of all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
Lead the full recruitment process from start to finish, overseeing tasks such as job posting, candidate screening, and conducting initial interviews.
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
Handling disciplinary issues and payroll concerns with professionalism and adherence to company policies.
Compliance management and liaison with government authorities such as EPF, SOSO, and LHDN.
Accurate administration of employee compensation, including bonus, leave, overtime, and claims.
Management of HR documentation and preparation of various employment letters.
Responsive handling of employee queries related to HR matters.
Preparing the staff and company's yearly EA form.
Development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is added value for this position. However, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
Proficient in spoken & written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess experience in SQL payroll system would be an added advantage.
Good working attitude, committed, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
