DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Act as SLA monitor, to ensure IT operational services provided from Field Support to users are appropriate. Act as an IT hardware verifier, to ensure the transaction and management of IT hardware entering the EUSO team and leaving the EUSO team is appropriate, both from/to branches and from/to users. Act as stakeholder representation and Operational Auditor related to Infrastructure and Desktop. Act as Advisor, Assessor, and Facilitator regarding Infrastructure and Desktop in the branch, such as technology update and hardware. Ensure that Infrastructure and Desktop in the branch have met the criteria and standardization of Infrastructure Compliance Policy.
REQUIREMENT

Domiciled in Jawa Timur Bachelor's Degree in IT and Related Majors Have an ability to handle problem in structured and methodical way Have an ability to conduct a structured approach to problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill, focused on improving collaboration, understanding and information exchange across all stakeholders. Able to respond quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project) is a must Capable to communicate well in English is a plus Having ITIL basic knowledge (Ticketing System, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Asset Management) is a plus
