DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design for Esri’s customers. Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-cantered solutions Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. Testing UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Collaborating with customers and internal team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 years’ UI/UX design experience. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and responsive web design is preferred. Familiar with project management tools (Azure Boards, Jira) can be a valuable. Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
