DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead on numerous improvement and process excellence projects aimed at technology development. Periodically collecting and analyzing data from the field to capture issues related to process and quality findings. Using statistical analysis or simulations to analyze the information to define operational problems, develop improvement plan, and develop practical solutions. Provide comphrenhsive solution regarding the operational improvement with challenging timelines. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously by organizing own time and team resources to ensure activities are completed as per project timeline. Communicate effectively with partners to maintain agreement on project plans and obtain support from colleagues where necessary within departments or other departments.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree from engineering major, mechatronic engineering major is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome, 1 - 2 years of experience in logistic or startup related industry. Ability to manage details, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and design planning. Strong communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills. Computer literate: Windows, Ms.Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), AutoCAD. Required language(s): English (written & spoken). Have knowledge and familiar in Technology and Automation.
