DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support IT Governor on IT initiatives to ensure alignment with IT strategic objectives, business goals and internal or external compliance needs. Apply technical knowledge and experience to modernize the IT governance practices and principles to increase assurance of continuous compliance, integration and efficient implementation. Assist in the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Coordinate with internal audit teams to support IT governance audits, provide documentation, artefacts, evidence, and insights into IT control environments. Serve as a subject matter expert on IT governance principles and practices and enhance awareness and compliance.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields. Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT related fields. Experience in HRIS-Darwinbox, ERP Applications (e.g SAP, Odoo, MRI), Microsoft Power BI, and Mobile apps will be an advantage. Experience in End User Support and Governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Experience in application workflow definition or configuration will be reviewed favorably. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess IT risks. Good team player, meticulous and resilient. Able to work independently and manage timelines well.
