DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Accounts Payable (AP): Process and record incoming invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Maintain relationships with vendors and resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage customer invoicing and payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies as needed.
Collections: Monitor and track overdue AR, and communicate with customers to secure payment. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues and minimize bad debt.
Tax Compliance: Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time, including Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and other applicable taxes.
Invoice Management: Coordinate the processing and recording of invoices, both incoming and outgoing. Verify invoice accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain organized records for audit purposes.
PPN and PPH: Handle Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax Withholding (WHT) calculations and filings. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of tax liabilities to regulatory authorities.
Other related duties as needed.
REQUIREMENT
Proven experience (3-5 years) as Accounting Personnel, preferably in the Construction / Real Estate industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Has excellent communication skills and is neat and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and Word) and accounting systems (esp. Oracle).
Willing to work occasionally on Saturday (there will be overtime pay).
