DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design and implement scalable data architectures and models to support analycs intiativs, ensuring data ntegrity, relibilty, and accessbity. Data Extraction and Transformation: Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processesto collect,cleanse, and transform data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Anaiytics Solution Development: Build advanced analytcs solutions and algorithms to analyze large datasets, uncover insights, and generate actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Visualization and Reporting: Create intutive and interactive cashbaards and reports 1o communicate key findings and trends, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions effectively. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize analytics processes znd queries to improve efficiency, scalability, and riabilty, ensuring tmely deivery of insights. Collaboratoannd Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirementansd translate them into techrical slutiors.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree or masters degree in Computer science, Engineering. Mathematics or a related feld. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data enginesring, analytics or a related field, with a proven track recard of delivering complex analytics solutions. Proficiency in pregramming languages such 25 Python, SQL, and R, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries (c.g., Pandas, NumPy). Strong expericncs with data worehousing concepts and techrologics (e.g., Bigguery, Snowfake, Redshift). Experience with coud platforms (preferred): Experience with cloud platforms such a5 AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure is ncreasingly valuable in analytics engincering rotes. Experience with ETU/ELT tools and frameworks e.g., Apache Spark, Aiflow, Dagster) for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Sxpertise in data modeling for OLAP and star schema Hands-on experience with data visuslization tools (Metabase, Looker) to create insightful dashboards and reports. Familarity with machine learning concents and algorithms is a plus Ansiytcal Mindset: strong analyticaalnd problem.solving skills with the abity to complex business requi into technical solutions Commuication Skils: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effcctively commuicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
