Perform the Standard Operating Procedure to maintain good servers and network health status.
Perform the Standard Operating Procedure to ensure the IT infrastructures are complying to Bank Negara Malaysia Risk Management in Technology and Generali IT security standards.
Perform the Standard Operating Procedure to execute the IT Disaster Recovery Plan that meets the Recovery Point Objective and Recovery Time Objective targets.
Perform the Standard Operating Procedure to successfully deliver the agreed IT Service Level Agreement.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolutions.
Support the system performance testing to minimise impact to agreed IT Service Level Agreement.
Able to provide 24x7 response to Security Operations Center IT security alerts in a timely manner to mitigate emerging IT risks.
Ensure the agreed IT Service Level Agreement are met consistently.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Degree in IT.
Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in IT infrastructure of financial institutions in the following environments - Windows, Linux, IOS, firewall, IT security tools, etc.
Minimum 5 years hand-on working experience in managing Cloud infrastructures (AWS, AliCloud, etc) to ensure AALI is able to meet all of BNM requirements to migrate to Cloud platform.
