DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support on laptop/desktop issue and end user issue such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (O365) and Antivirus. Update the related documentation for IT asset tracking and disposal, software and license tracking, and user manuals and guides. End user related project such as machine/hardware refresh and software refresh. To assist in daily monitoring of system health.
REQUIREMENT

NITEC or Diploma in IT related field 1 - 2 years working experience preferred Good interpersonal and communication skills CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification will be added advantage Be able to work independently and in a team
