REQUIREMENT
Serve as the first point of contact to the Business Systems team Provide support for Systems incidents and challenges escalated from the T-Brewery Network Co-ordination of application upgrades and minor works activities with external vendors and internal teams. System implementation and configuration for various business applications Work closely with IT stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver on outcomes. Assist with continual system & process improvements Working with the application vendors to ensure they deliver according to agreed SLA’s. Co-ordination and resolution of technical issues as identified analysts. Escalate and triage with vendor(s) where necessary Work closely with other members of the team to deliver IT / Business Systems projects and business deliveries.
