DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Technical Support for Applications: provide technical support & troubleshooting assistance, diagnose & resolve technical issue, collaborate with end-users to understand the needs & concern regarding application usage.
Business Process Analysis: analyze & evaluate existing business processes for improvement, identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions, develop business process models.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: document business. requirements, translate business requirements, create & maintain documentation.
Change Management and Implementation: coordinate & facilitate the implementation of changes, develop change management plans, monitor & evaluate the impact of changes.
Continuous Improvement and Support: identify opportunities for continuous improvement, provide ongoing support & training to end-users, participate in cross-functional teams & stay updated related to application support.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with minimal GPA 3.00. At least 3 years of working experience as Functional/Business Analyst/Application Support and understand full development life cycle. Experience with various operating system, databases, programming languages & developing business process models, workflows and documentation. Having good knowledge about Database (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre, Sybase), BI tools, workflow automation and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Fluent in English both verbal and written is a mandatory. Strong interpersonal skill, eager to learn, supportive & highly collaborative attitude. Placement: Pulomas, East Jakarta.
