    You will be responsible for leading a large team of at least 200 people, including a team of capable area managers. Managing day-to-day operations of at least 50 stores within the region. Maximising the sales of each store, and ensuring that general and daily operations of his stores are conducted according to the company's rules and regulations. Ensuring the lowest possible costs and highest productivity for all operations and procedures. Working and collaborating with all other departments (logistics, purchasing, finance, HR) in order to achieve the company's goals. Involved in decision making such as location of the new store, recruitment of the employees, deciding price changes on the categories assortment. Coordinating and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries and providing reports to higher management on financial performance and inventory status. Evaluating store performance against set KPIs and sales targets by developing strategies to optimise sales and profitability across multiple stores. Developing and managing budget for the region, controlling costs while maximising revenues.
