Conduct regular checks to ensure preparedness for emergency drills. Coordinate After School Activities (ASAs) logistics by securing appropriate venues, organizing attendance folders, posting venue lists, and ensuring accurate student attendance. Collaborate with the transport officer for bus arrangements, print necessary materials, and manage dismissal duties for ASAs. Generate name cards for student car pick-up and create ID card photos for parents, students, and caretakers. Assist Risk Management in distributing the IDs and car stickers to the respective individuals. Create work orders for meetings, activities, and events, coordinating with facilities for setup and securing venues. Additionally, prepare materials for activities and events, and generate tickets for IT support during these occasions. Photograph PEL events and activities, and subsequently share the pictures with the Communication Department and Yearbook Committee. Regularly update AQI information and the seven-day cycle. Ensure comprehensive coverage of all duties. Collaborate with facilities to uphold a secure environment for the field and playground. Perform other related duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Elementary Principal.
