DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers
Ensure daily work management is maintained – hotline, voice mail, web chat, email enquiry.
Follow up and liaise with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers’ needs
Contribute to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards
Involve in ad hoc projects and administrative works
REQUIREMENT
University graduate At least 2 years’ experience in customer service in insurance companies Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese Good communication & interpersonal skills Attentive to details and well organized Willing to learn and self-initiated Good command of MS Office including Word & Excel
